JewelleryMaker has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Marketing Manager to join and lead our marketing team, based at our head office just outside Redditch.

We are looking for an engaging, ambitious, innovative, creative and commercially focused person to develop and deliver the marketing strategy and customer marketing plans, ensuring it underpins the Company’s objectives.

JewelleryMaker is a fast-paced environment and the ability to work very closely and swiftly with the other heads of department is a must.

Overall Job Purpose

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be a key contributor to the management team on strategy and overall business performance and lead the Marketing team in JewelleryMaker which consists of a Graphic Designer, Photographer, Social Media Manager and Visual Designer. You will also work closely with and direct the focus of our CRM data consultant and our PPC and affiliates agencies. You will use your experience to deliver marketing plans that accelerate new customer acquisition and convert new customers to long term repeat purchasing brand advocates while keeping our existing customer base engaged along with a reactivation strategy.

Accountabilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive annual marketing plans with clear performance measures to drive awareness, engagement and conversion through customer acquisition and retention • Develop and implement an effective CRM approach which maximises frequency of purchase from existing customers • Initiate and develop traffic generation campaigns across multiple channels (Social, SEO, PPC and Affiliate network), analyse performance and make recommendations to optimise on-going campaigns • Manage the marketing budgets and monitor the performance of all expenditure to ensure maximum ROI. Contribute to the budget process annually • Live and breathe the brand values and act as brand guardian at all times to ensure consistency of creative and messages throughout JewelleryMakers marketing communication channels. • Develop a deep understanding of the JewelleryMaker customer base, both quantitatively and qualitatively, in a way that is actionable for the business

Steadfastly pushes self and others for results. • Demonstrable experience of delivering CRM programs which have delivered significant customer engagement and business growth. • Extensive digital marketing experience with a proven track record of success in creating high growth B2C markets • Significant exposure to developing and managing SEO, SEM and social media and campaigns • A deep understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture etc.) and data capture in general • Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand management, creatively and from a business driver perspective • Superb communication skills both written and verbally • Experience of the craft market is a plus but not essential
